In return, I wanted to answer some questions from one of my listeners. I received a very long message about someone who is dealing with a break up with someone that they met online. It's hard to break up, but it is even harder to be with someone who doesn't treat you right. This person was continuously breaking her down by manipulating her and making her feel like she was not good enough. Many of us will go through these toxic relationships. It’s how you emerge from it.
