hello minnie chow tellers welcome to long long ago long long ago suzuki book two i'm so pleased we've started this um it's a moderate piece moderato means it's kind of you know moderate it's all relative isn't it um so we're not too fast we're not too slow we're starting on um moderately loud all feels a bit moderate doesn't it what it is it's a bit of a plotter i'm not going to argue it's not the most exciting uh piece but what's really really good about it is it's really good for hearing the ringing and the tonalization so for that reason i'm not go i'm just going to the first line today and i'm not going to use my um my robot orchestra or backing with my arpeggios or scales i'm just i want you to listen to the ringing and it's really good for that okay so let's find

find the c hear the

oh ringing glorious isn't it and when you find it hold hold all those um you know closed position uh which we did in in book one of course um hold everything down but move the first across ready um so be prepared for a string crossing okay so see nice long bow please see okay now we're going to do a slightly longer bows than we need to because i want you to focus on a really lovely tone okay and then let's see
