Not as good as the other series i have read by this author
Couldn't put it down!
I was concerned about the warning of the book's length, but I didn't even notice. The characters are so well drawn, I really cared about them, and couldn't wait to find out what happened to them. I cried at the end, but I won't give away the ending. The actual course of the war is hard to follow because you're right in the middle of it, but I expect that's what it was like for those involved. Highly recommended. Would definitely read a sequel.
