This week Skye and Amanda read The Five Archetypes and discuss how the five elements of Traditional Chinese Medicine aren’t only associated with nature but also our personalities. The two break down Davidson’s self-guided archetype system that was created to lead us all to self awareness, self regulation and empathy. 

After taking the assessment and learning more about where they land with each element, they reflect on the strengths and stress states connected to their primary element. Listen in to find out how Skye’s people pleasing shows up in her archetype and what that meant for her immediate acceptance of her assessment results. And Amanda recognized how the stress states associated with her primary archetype are being triggered with a current work dynamic.

They both evaluate their lowest element and see some of the things that might not come natural to them, but that they do need in order to balance out their personalities.
