Skye and Amanda wrap up their three-part series on building health relationships with a conversation around trust. The two look to lecturer and researcher, Brene Brown for a lesson on the anatomy of trust by watching her 2015 Oprah Super Soul Session. They discuss Brown’s break down of the seven fundamentals of trust and how they impact our ability to build true connection with others and ourselves.
