When it comes to getting into shape there's a huge assortment of advice, programmes, diets etc. to choose from which can leave us feeling bewildered and confused. Also it's very easy to put off starting an exercise regime with excuses such as you don't have time, you don't have any equipment etc. etc.
My guest today, cuts through all this resistance and tells  us how by making some small changes to our lifestyle we can become fit, healthier and happier at any age.
Her name is Katie Jones, she's a fitness trainer and nutrition advisor  and owner of Sweat and Glow, a fitness consultancy in West Sussex. With her professional, motivating and fun sessions Katie has been receiving many rave reviews from her clients. Katie’s goal is to enable her clients to become happier and healthier in the long term and this is achieved through a combination of exercise and nutritional advice.
Katie shares some of her knowledge and advice so that we too can benefit from her experience particularly if we are looking to make some lifestyle changes.
