This is a time of year when many people feel lonely, which is why I'm replaying this episode. Holidays can be challenging for those of us who have lost a loved one(s), or are without a partner. And while we might feel sad, we can find ways to enjoy or get through these couple of months, as well as feel hopeful about the coming year.
