I bet you weren’t expecting me to ever record an episode during the final minutes of a football game but here we are!

As the fourth quarter came to a close — and I dramatically live reacted on Instagram to the Georgia vs. Alabama game — I felt the pull to start recording a voice memo and find the word in two undefeated teams going head to head so early in the 2024 season and why you don’t take it easy in the fourth quarter. Keep pushing!

Believe it or not, I genuinely love watching football and most sporting events. I did it way more in my college years so coming back to it in 2023 and even doing a podcast episode for Season 5 isn’t actually that shocking to me.

After all, this is a tell-all and you know I’m good for a solid live reaction with the theatrics by now!
