So, it's been a month of Sundays since I've recorded an episode. Life has been chaotic and its so easy to get lost in the motions. I decided this week it was time to get back to the podcast, as I had felt so strongly the push to start it. Maybe I was putting too much pressure on myself to do an episode every single week with come follow me. Maybe I needed a reason to start come follow me. Whatever this is, I'm ready for it!
