Most, if not all emotions are actually caused by thought, but not all of these thoughts are expressed as words in your mind, they are also expressed as pure concepts, ideas, and opinions without words. This is why, Some, if not many of your thoughts slip under the radar, because not all thoughts are words. Understanding this, and understanding that most emotions are actually caused by thoughts should be able to help you discern the thoughts before the emotions and thoughts take you over as words.
