In the book the Right of Way, we discuss the Big Windshield or your future.  Are you on the road to a bright future?  Have you considered where you want to be next year, in 2 years or in 5 years?  Why do you think employers ask that last question in your interview?  Because they want to see if you have any goals, aspirations or any pursuits for the future. 

I know you don't know where you will be in the future however you can begin planning for it because no matter what your past has been like, your future is so much brighter.
