Many of us live in the life of others and never in our own life. We try to connect and try to belong. Many of us live with expectations which sometimes can hurt us. Many of us waste time and give our energy to other people and to work which then leads us to have no energy for ourselves. I look in the mirror and realize that I need to live for me without allowing others in their opinion to impact me. What I see in the mirror is not who I am who I want to be and from that point I start to live for my own expectations of me.
