You can’t rely on friends and family to be your cheerleaders. Most of the time you won’t feel support from anyone, whether it’s physically or emotionally, so we need to find it in ourselves. Remember why you started doing what you are doing or what you love and block out any negative emotion or feedback from others. Focus on you and what needs to be done to succeed, and you WILL succeed.
