- Clair shares his goals for 2022 including: his goals for Nodderly in 2022, his personal goal to improve in consistency in meditation, and a fun goal to progress in a new game called Surviving Mars (03:30)
- Tracy shares her vision for TEAMES Global, her culinary vision for learning new recipes in 2022(hint, hint… Tracy will be getting her baking on and learning to bake pies!), and Weezy’s (Tracy’s dog) goal to hike as many trails around the Blue Ridge parkway (7:15)
- Mike shares his vision for his organization Keepsake Tales (sales growth, improvement in customer acquisition cost, and the launch of new books), his personal goal to get back to a healthier lifestyle via marathon training, and how he plans to give back and to serve his community. (10:45)
- The group shares their reflections on goal setting, and reflection as a helpful end of year practice that we encourage others to engage in (14:45)
