When you look at conflict in your home, what do the warning lights tell you?
Some parents see conflict as an unpleasant fact of life, and the sooner it can be put in the rear view mirror, the better. But I see conflict a little differently.
To me, anger and conflict are the warning lights on the dashboard of your home. It’s a signal that alerts you to deeper issues going on under the hood. So, rather than wish away the conflict, it’s a tool that can be used to help your family!
Let conflict take you to the next level in your home. Take a good look, pull over, then uncover what’s causing the uproar.
Only then can you see conflict as a trusted friend.
