As per usual on a Tuesday we look at issues on the African continent. We will continue our discussions around peace and stability in countries within the Horn of Africa. This morning the spotlight is on Somalia, which has been plagued by political, economic and human rights challenges, including terrorism by extremist group al-Shabab who regularly conduct attacks and control vast segments of Somalia. This morning on the Talking Point we will also look at some of the other challenges like famine, piracy and how some of the country's challenges have devastated Somalia's agricultural sector. So what will it take to bring peace to Somalia?
