This week we will continue to look at the 3rd simple step that I used in my journey to losing 100 pounds and my life in maintenance 4 years later!

WATER!

My goal is go get 64 ounces of water in each day.

My body appreciates being hydrated!!

Today let’s find a way that we can level up our water intake.

Today I will commit to finishing my big water bottle AND have 3 cups of buttermint tea. I love tea as the weather turns colder!
