Sue Chamberlain is a graduate from Ferris State University with a bachelor's degree in Health Information Management, and a Master's in Career and Technology Education, with a focus on training and development in the workforce. With 30 years in the field, Sue's career has included working in acute care hospitals, large multi-specialty physician groups, integrated healthcare systems, a staff-model HMO and within Education. She has enjoyed teaching, both on the job in traditional healthcare settings as well as in the classroom, working with HIM students, physicians, support staff, coders, billers, and administration.
