For this last week of the year, I look back over this past year before looking ahead. Come with me as I share how I reflect over the past year through:

* Vision board for the year* Theme word for the year* Review journal notes and additional notes made throughout the year* Monthly/ weekly Calendar, as I assess how my time was spent giving a clue what to keep for the new year* Books read over the course of the year.

I take all of these measures and come up with a look regarding what to keep and what needs to go for the coming year. These reflective tools provide clues whether I was happy, sad, joyful or ambivalent, etc. over the year. What were the triggers or causes?

Was I intentional about self care- meditation, journaling and reading.
