From focus on skinny to strong, Melissa shares about how she fell in love with fitness.
Melissa remembers being sick and tired of being sick and tired. She wasn’t into fitness, and started walking around the gym aimlessly and copying other people at the gym. Once she got into weight lifting she was able to progress, feeling like she was good at something became addicting.
She reminds us to build trust with ourselves means committing to and completing the goals we set.
She reminds us that skinny isn’t what defines us. After getting there she learned that her body fat doesn’t have anything to do with loving herself.
Today, she lives in balance and her love of sharing it with others.
