The new year is here and a lot of things were learned in 2022. With big things coming, Myles asked Coach Carey the current coaching situation of the school he is at right now. Mind over matter situation arise all the time, but how are we going to handle those situations will define character. 

Myles tells a story from college where he got into it with some teammates and got out of character and went back at a coach. To open up about that takes a lot of courage.
