Because I help women to explore why they feel so unhappy and overwhelmed and find solutions for and with them.

Especially when they have a change in health like going through menopause or other reasons and find themselves torn between their old behaviour doing everything for everyone and needing to look after themselves.

I do this by using the grief recovery method, as well as coaching. My experience comes from over 30 years of study in mental health, my own recovery from complex trauma and my work as mental health support worker and Grief Recovery Specialist."
