So what are the qualifications? God is looking for leaders who are able. Able means being faithful. The Lord is looking for men and women of GOD who will hear his voice and serve. God is looking for leaders who fear him because the fear of God is the beginning of wisdom. There are some leaders that believe God holds them to a higher standard and accountability. God is looking for leaders that are truthful. Look for the person with the most integrity and trustworthiness. God is looking for leaders who hate dishonesty.
