Lordstown Motors has a problem. For some reason, IMO a sluggish response from the EPA, LMC is couching the range number for the Endurance Battery Electric Pick Up Truck. They are using language like "target" and "about" - essentially anything to avoid saying EPA Certified Range. Remember LMC.1 has an ongoing DOJ and SEC investigation. Although the current executive suite has nothing to do with this issue they are still under lawyer speak rules to avoid running into - yikes - jail time. I make a case here that the Endurance has significantly more range than the base levels of the Ford Lightning - especially in cold weather - ha. Is there a conspiracy here - foot dragging to damage the Endurance run at Truck of the Year? Uh - don't get me started. Anyway we are down to the wire on the Truck of the Year Decision - the only thing missing now is the Endurance Certified Range number - go figure.
