Lori Kranenburg has spent her entire life working in male-dominated professions. She enrolled in Army Cadets at the age of 13, joined the Canadian Forces Reserves at 17, and became a police officer at the age of 27. She served a total of 25 years in the Reserves and is in her 20th year of policing.

 

Lori knows the challenges faced by police officers and is passionate about helping officers keep their life in balance and normalizing talking about the trauma they face every day.

 

As Lori nears retirement from policing, she is transitioning to entrepreneurship where she uses her knowledge and skills to help women excel as leaders in male-dominated professions.
