Lorna Clark, as Director of Music at the BBC, heads up their music output which includes  responsibility for a portfolio of six national radio stations (Radio 1, Radio 2, Radio 3, 6 Music, Radio 1Xtra, Asian Network) as well as Music Live Events, Music Television commissioning and the Visualisation team. This also includes the annual coverage of Glastonbury and the world’s biggest and longest-running music festival, The Proms. Lorna has judged prestigious awards like the Sony Radio Awards and the Mercury Music Prize and in 2024 she was crowned winner of the Outstanding Contribution honour at the Music Week Women In Music Awards.
