Lorraine Young is a mother of three and grandmother of two and took up running in 2011.  Last weekend, at the urging of her coach, she lined up at Table Rock 50k in North Carolina, and ran away with the overall win—besting all the men and women out there.

We welcomed this naturopathic doctor to the show toshare more of her story with us–how, what, why–and ended up learning about ringette (it’s a sport, don’t ya know?), and what she’s got next on her agenda.
