The Chargers made a big change at the Offensive Coordinator position when they signed Kellen Moore from the Cowboys. Kellen was known to bring creativity and explosion so optimism was at an all time high. QB Justin Herbert has not had the same success he had in his rookie season, but he is in a better situation to win.
