The Los Angeles Rams were all over the headlines prior to free agency and during Day 1 of the tampering period. Since then, they have been very quiet. 

According to Over The Cap, they still have roughly $30 million in cap space, so they can still make some moves. They desperately need to add to the linebacker room. Will they sign a free agent or just wait until the NFL Draft?
