In this episode we discuss how we can lose weight by upgrading and changing our eating habits. You must control your diet and eating habits when trying to lose weight. You can't work out, eat fast food, and expect to lose weight. I found a great post on Instagram or TikTok about a weight loss smoothie. The ingredients in the smoothie are cucumber, pineapple, ginger, and the juice of one lemon. The smoothie tastes great and has helped my digestion tremendously. I have more energy since I started drinking this smoothie. It is super easy to make, so anyone can add this recipe into their meal plan. It is really important to make sure we are planning our meals throughout the day. Some of us fall off during the week and some of us may have designated "cheat days" when we allow ourselves to eat whatever we want. I personally try to stay on track every single day. I am not always successful, but I can't allow myself to have a cheat day because I am already falling off of my meal plans during the week. It would make no sense to give myself a cheat day when everyday can include a potential cheat meal. I hope you guys find these tips to be helpful. Everyone needs help, so you only have to ask.
