To pretend nothing affects you or

That you couldn’t care less

Is not a show of strength or courage

You’re lying to yourself.

We’ve tried more than once,

And it’s always the same.

You get what you want, by playing

Unfunny Games.

You say things will be different,

That you will try harder.

You’ve lied again, I blame myself

I should have been smarter.

I’ve been down this road before

And not a thing has changed

You’re still all about you

And still playing
