Losing my Mind

This is me reminding myself of my feelings these past few weeks. Hoping to really know happiness and wishing upon myself a better future

I cannot be calm – I am furious at the older generation and how they have watched this country plummet into this state and they did nothing about it. I am mad that the youths of this country came out and they were shot dead and beaten up like thieves. I am mad that nobody has been arrested for the ruthless killings and harassments. And then, I am proud of the Youths! We finally stood together to take back our rights.

It’s a really different mood and experience today. I had a great day; I visited my Parents and it’s one of my best decisions.

I woke up feeling better than I did yesterday – happier, more controlled of my emotions, calmer.

Sometimes I feel alone and as if I’m getting nowhere with my life. This is me speaking deeply about how it feels to be sad and why I do what I do.

Basically to document my progress in my 20s. To talk about my personal experiences and my mental health.
