Hello Everyone, 

I wanted to say thank you so much for listening to the podcast past couple of weeks! I took some time off but I'm back to continue this passion project! I'm talking about how I've lost my confidence over the last year and how much that has affected me. I just realized that's why I'm not driving as much change as I want to. I'm getting it back though, I'm working in little wins I can to do to build my self-esteem up again in my capabilities.
