In episode 5 I interview students about their greatest challenges in our school, we have a donut disaster, and I interview the student leader responsible for a movement to end the "r" word.

While this is a long one, most of the air time is my students discussing their graphic novels. We interview YA author Bill Konigsberg, author of Openly Straight and ask some important questions. I also discuss the podcasting journey and ask: "is this cheating?" Can we have fun in the classroom?

Episode 3: I contemplate how to best include social justice topics in our classroom, which are already present in the graphic novels my students are reading, and not get fired. I get meta about podcasting, interview Katie Kress about her reading life, and briefly discuss mine (lack there of). I send you off with a glimpse of my past as an angsty goth kid. What more do you people want?

Student Voices! I discuss the podcast on a meta level, students weigh in about their initial excitement, I have my first interview (I forgot to introduce him), and I feature my first musical artist. I'm still very Lost, Confused, and Hopeful.
