Lost: Down the Hatch | Season 3 Episode 17: “Catch-22”

In “Catch-22,” the Superman versus Flash debate kicks off a visionary quest for Desmond and friends as a newcomer arrives on the island. Meanwhile, James “Sawyer” Ford reconnects with Kate and Jack, in very different ways. It’s one of Josh’s favorite episodes of “Lost.” Then again, aren’t they all?
