For tonight’s girls night we are talking all about losing yourself in motherhood and dealing with the huge changes that happen inside you and around you after becoming a mom. A lot of these changes are not talked about which leads to new moms feeling guilty and isolated. Let’s talk about what it’s really like becoming a mom for the first time, because it is not easy and no mother should have to go through it alone!
