Dale digs deeper into Hexabeth’s diary. Hurt and angry over the conversation she has just overheard, Hexabeth prepares a strange brew to exact her revenge on Thomas Jefferson. But what is her plan? At the Governor’s palace, the townspeople gather for a grand ball to celebrate the colony’s latest military victory. And leaping ahead to the present day, Lauren asks Caleb (already stressed from planning the Halloween party) for a favor.
