Lost on a Solo Hike in the Adirondack Mountains

I sometimes do questionable things... I am just getting into the whole adulting life, and I'm lost, so I am just doing what I can that brings the most joy. I created this podcast for my public speaking class at Clarkson University so we will see what happens. My name is Cassidy Carroll, I am into ultra-endurance events whether that be cycling, hiking, or running. I have travelled solo; I play lacrosse at school. I have had a very difficult mental time with college; I am studying engineering but don't really like it, so after I get the paper (diploma) we will see if I end up using it. I have many stories and thoughts that some people think as interesting or crazy. Listen to the first episode and let me know what you think!
