Staying incredibly busy since the last time we spoke, Lost on the Metro were kind enough to drop in for another discussion, this time surrounding their single “Mariana”. For those out of the loop, Lost on the Metro are a husband and wife duo made up of David and Jill Morey. Together they’ve consistently been putting together a wonderfully inspired blend of Americana music that focuses heavily on expressive lyricism. On their newest single “Mariana”, the two have once again displayed a masterclass level of artistry that relies on inventive instrumentation and an atmospheric mix of sounds and styles.
