We’ll be seeing Arena balancing in Patch 8.4 (Next Patch) with small pull chance changes

Ladder changes will not be coming with the new expansion, but the new system is going good.

They had some whacky ideas that were dismissed, like Lich King vs Battle Pets and Warcraft Babies

Wild sets will be returning for purchase.  The will be available through the Battle.net website and not in the in-game store (https://battle.net/shop/product/game/hearthstone ).
