This week we have two of Spotlab's founding members: Jared Wooden and Robbie Pearson. Spotlab is a local event production company that started on the second floor of a sushi restaurant to now running stages in some of Arizona's biggest music festivals. I mean, the come-up is real.

We talk about imposter syndrome, friendship, going after what you want, and most importantly what putting on these events means to them and the community.
