“The Proud Family: Louder and Prouder” is a revived Disney+ kids animation TV show, but its new iteration tackles modern issues through the lens of America as a racist country built by slaves, echoing critical race theory and Black Lives Matter narratives.

On Rotten Tomatoes, which reviews films and TV shows, Louder and Prouder has a tomato meter of 100 percent by critics, a perfect score, but an audience score of 24 percent. That is a major discrepancy. That is showing that critics are trying to tell you to like it but audiences are not buying it. So even when critics try to prop it up because they love the wokeness of it, audiences, and that means parents, are not having it.
