Louisa Lifeboat and the incredible rescue of 12th January 1899

On the 12th January 1899, an incredible rescue took place off the Exmoor coast in the south-west of England.  The bravery and sheer tenacity on display by ordinary folk led to an extraordinary rescue and saved the lives of all aboard the stricken ship, Forrest Hall.
