Louise is the only woman to have been in a live Pit Stop Crew in an F1 Race, and gives us an inside view of the culture and team work in F1 teams. She talks about leadership, communication and handling mistakes, which link directly to high performance teams. 

We discuss education, diversity and inclusion, and how to increase the talent pool from which teams can draw the best people, and Louise has strong views on this.
