Stanley Chase III is one half of the band Air Chrysalis whose first album is available now.  He also accidentally created a delicious vegan version of beef jerky that has grown from modest beginnings to now selling over 1 million bags a year.  Stan is always juggling his various endeavors and creative pursuits and we talk about a lot of them in this episode.
