After years of struggling with substance abuse, they realized that there were other addictive behaviors that were more dangerous to their health and wellbeing. We talk about the different forms of love addiction and what it's like to navigate relationships once you're aware of it. There's so much great information and insight into mental health in this episode, and of course, laughs along the way.
