Taravandana’s talk on love in the spiritual life is followed by led meditations on loving kindness, compassion, joy and equanimity to help us develop these qualities.

The talk and meditations formed an intensive day retreat on the Four Brahma Viharas, the four beautiful and transformative dimension of metta – ways to make the Great Love a reality for us.

Given at Manchester Buddhist Centre on 21st April 2013, as part of the Rainy Season Urban Retreat for Order Members and Mitras.
