I had a great conversation with Tyson LaRone who is known as the Warrior Philosopher on Tik Tok and is an all-around solid guy. We talked about how love does and doesn't change with changes in our lives.

From this conversation I took away the idea of "do I have examples in my life of who I claim to be?" And not just examples from way back when but in the past few weeks.

Tyson LaRone is a full time Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Muay Thai instructor as well as a Strength & Conditioning coach. He lives with his amazing wife Stephanie and son Theo, as well as three cats - Batman, D'Artagnan, and Jax.
