How does God respond to us when we fail?

In our moments of shame, guilt, and brokenness, the hardest thing can be drawing near to God. We often feel like we need to fix ourselves first, prove our worth, or somehow earn our way back into His presence. But grace tells a different story.

The book of Hebrews reveals Jesus as our Great High Priest—One who understands our humanity, our struggles, and our weaknesses. Because of Him, we can confidently approach God, not after we've cleaned ourselves up, but right in the middle of our mess.

When we misunderstand situations, we often misunderstand God. Is He distant or approachable? Demanding or compassionate? Does He wait for us to get it right before welcoming us in?
