We reach out to people so that they can be reconciled to God. When they are reconciled to God they can Love Him through exaltation (worship). They can love him by extolling his holy name.  So we do what we do so that the alter of worship is restored in the hearts of all people. Restoring worship in the lives of people, is restoring them to their first love.
